How do I contact customer service?

Simple!  just move on over to our Contact Us or just email us anything at info@masterpan.eu. You will be amazed on how simple it is and how quick we reply!

How much is shipping?

Easy! Nothing. All prices shown on our site include shipping and handling cost to anywhere in Poland. Local VAT may apply.  

How long should I expect to receive my order?

Anywhere between 5–7 working days. See our Shipping Information page for everything you need to know about shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible, so once you've placed it, we're typically unable to make adjustments to your shipping address or items. If you have any changes or cancellations, send us an email immediately to import@masterpan.eu with the subject line "Order Change Request" or "Order Cancellation Request", and we will try and do our best to help with the requested changes as long as the order has not shipped yet. 

Can my order be expedited?

Currently we do not offer this option but will be doing so very soon. 

When will my order be processed?

Orders are shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt from the next business day after your order is placed. It may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstances. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding public holidays in Poland. Any orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday or if it is a public holiday than the next working day.  All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Warsaw, and will usually take between 7-12 working days to receive after placing your order but may take longer due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather, strikes, global pandemics, etc.. MASTERPAN cannot be held responsible for delays beyond their control.

How do I track my order?

Simple! As soon as your order is shipped you will receive and email confirmation with your tracking information or just email us at info@masterpan.eu

What is your Return Policy?

Our goal is to keep you 100% satisfied. Please see our Returns and Cancellations page. 

How do I get a discount coupon or promo code? Just register your email address with us and get on our newsletter mailing list for our promotions and discounts. Send us your intereszt to join our mailing list at info@masterpan.eu

How do I apply a Promo Code?

At check out you will be given the option to apply a discount code if it is still valid. Any problems just contact us.
