These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of the website www.masterpan.eu (the “Site”) and to purchases made through it by consumers located in the European Union.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

All prices are shown in currency selected, inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed before dispatch.

8. Delivery & Transfer of Risk

Delivery times are indicative unless expressly agreed.

Risk of loss passes to you only when the goods are delivered into your physical possession.
Title transfers only after full payment has been received.

9. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

10. Returns Beyond Withdrawal Period

We do not offer an extended commercial return period beyond the statutory withdrawal right. Returns are subject to the conditions stated in the Return & Refund Policy.

11. Faulty or Non‑Conforming Goods

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to defective or non‑conforming goods. Where goods do not conform to contract, we are entitled under EU law to repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction, as applicable.
